We offer a Basic and a Pro version and both share many of the same robust and reliable features. The BASIC version is favored by event planners that focus on the sale of tickets online and the promotion of their events. In addition to the features of the BASIC version, the PRO version includes a number of enhanced event communication and event management features.

Here is a list of some key differences between the two versions.

We are giving back or waiving fees for organizations who are throwing events to raise money for aid efforts in Haiti, Chili and for other relief efforts.

Sell Event Ticket: A fee may be added to the ticket price of paid events.

Audience Surveys: A fixed fee is charged per processed survey. Surveys may be filled on users' wireless mobile devices or desktop computers.

Other Useful Information

Event Planners

Event planners may charge a sponsorship fee to have ads placed at the bottom of messages sent to attendees to earn additional revenue. Metcove becomes a revenue generator for the Event Planner.

If you are holding your event in a hotel(s) you are provided with a free licence(s) to facilitate Express/Remote Check-in at the hotel(s).

For inquiries on volume discounts, please contact our sales department.

Event Attendees

There is no charge to create an account and use Metcove for all event attendees and hotel guests.

Hotels

Free to create an account and free to all hotel guests to create a Metcove account. Customized pricing per hotel is based on number of rooms and number of guests using the system. Contact our sales department directly for a customized quotation.

Event Sponsors/Advertisers

Free to create an account. As an introductory offer, event sponsors/advertisers will be sent the list of event planners who are requesting sponsors on the Metcove "Event Advertising Network".

We offer advertisers/sponsors the following capabilities:

1. Reach Event Planners

We allow advertisers/sponsors to reach Event Planners who are in the process of planning their events.

2. Reach Event Attendees

We allow advertisers/sponsors to embed ads in messages sent to event attendees. For example, the marketing messages would be displayed on the attendee's mobile device (e.g. iPhone, Blackberry etc.).
